MISSION

Into The Rosé was born from my passion and from my desire: see the rosé like a wine with his own identity. I want to give value to rosé wine asking people of the wine industry their thoughts.
On this blog you will never see wine scores and poetic descriptions.
I don’t wanto to judge a wine. I want to tell the wine. I want to be a spokesman of the many rosé stories, with simply words.
I am available to receive any ideas , tips and proposals.
I  want to thank who supports me.

Dario

It could be because when I was a child, my grandfather used to wet my lips with the rosé wine, it could be because I am from Puglia, but the rosé wine has always been my passion.

Two years in Veneto and Friuli to study the wine world, Masters Degree in Wine Business and Sommelier degree to make the wine my lifestyle.

Experiences in the cellar in Sicily and California, in-depth courses all over Italy,  Mamma Puglia called me and I am here, with suitcases always ready for new wine experience.

Obviously, between reading and looking at the wine market, a glass of rose is a must

Ah, I’m Dario De Caro, born in 1992.
